Welcome to the Journey ABA Multi-Payer AR Billing Automation System ("System"). This System is provided for the exclusive use of authorized Journey ABA employees. By accessing and using this System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Authorized Use
This System is intended solely for authorized Journey ABA employees for billing and payment processing purposes. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited. Your access credentials are personal and should not be shared with anyone.
3. Confidentiality
All data within the System, including client information, billing records, and payment processing data, is confidential. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of this information and use it only for authorized business purposes.
4. Data Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Any suspected breach of security should be reported immediately to the IT department. You agree to follow all Journey ABA data security protocols when using the System.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the System in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Journey ABA policies. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, attempting to access unauthorized areas of the System, using the System to harass others, or introducing malicious software.
6. System Availability
Journey ABA strives to maintain System availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Routine maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary System unavailability.
7. Changes to Terms
Journey ABA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the System following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Termination of Access
Journey ABA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System for violations of these Terms of Service or upon termination of your employment.
